The location was great--small town Hawaii. It was a mile or so north to a grocery market and food trucks were nearby. I few low key restaurants were available, too.

    Nice to stay where it is quieter with beautiful ocean scenes...

    Nice to stay where it is quieter with beautiful ocean scenes along the Highway. The people were friendly and it is much less congested than Honolulu. The Polynesian Cultural Center is close as is Kualoa Ranch. You can drive to Honolulu in an hour and over to Waimea Falls in a reasonable time as well.

    This property is overpriced for what you get.

    This property is overpriced for what you get. The owner needs to update (central air) and fix specific features (stove cooktop, outdoor stair railing, coffee pot, etc.) of the house before listing again. Something needs to be done about the harassing next door neighbor in regards to the parking situation at the property. The neighbor was invasive, confrontational, harassing, and threatening and really put a damper on our vacation. This person’s aggressive attitude caused a lot of unnecessary concern for our family and really made our children uncomfortable and scared.
